Because of the impact of Covid-19, the organizers couldn’t hold the annual meeting at the regular venue Millennium Hall and was forced to organize the event in an outdoor space. Even though the virus circulation varies in communities, these considerations are meant to supplement—not replace any gatherings. Following the health and safety guidelines, the shareholders meeting took place on such a big scale in an open air environment for the first time.
