Berhan Bank: 11th Ordinary Shareholders Annual Meeting
Because of the impact of Covid-19, the organizers couldn’t hold the annual meeting at the regular venue Millennium Hall and was forced to organize the event in an outdoor space. Even though the virus circulation varies in communities, these considerations are meant to supplement—not replace any gatherings. Following the health and safety guidelines, the shareholders meeting took place on such a big scale in an open air environment for the first time. The event management service was a great success in carrying out the plan to gather 4000 participants that included the technical and financial management.
